Many corporations and individuals donated generously, attributing to the unprecedented amount generated.
Our heartfelt thank you to all the donors for your generosity and support.
Our sincere thanks to all the partner organizations for their trust and cooperation. This is the first time, so many have come together for one event and for one cause.

ABC Initiative :

Although schools remain closed and Tamil Nadu is in a lockdown period, Special Coaching Classes are conducted via zoom at Nerkuppai Library. Students studying in government schools in rural Tamil Nadu do not have the same level of access to or affordability for coaching classes for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission to reputed Engineering colleges and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to Medical Colleges. With the intent of helping such students, Dr. S. Venkatraman, a TNF Life Member, is piloting JEE coaching classes through zoom from his home in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Small groups of  11th class students in remote Sivagangai District come to the Somalay Memorial Government Library in Nerkuppai and are showing keen interest in this pilot initiative.  Mrs. Sulochana Ramanathan of Honolulu, HI, and Mrs. Uma Vivek of West Chester, PA, teaching English to high school students in the villages through this pilot initiative.
