I am happy to report that the 48th annual convention held in Dallas was a successful and historic one.

When we started the convention preparations, we set an aspirational goal of one million dollars which we have surpassed substantially.

Thanks to 25 committees, 14 partnering organizations, 10+ road shows, 100s of program coordinators, talented local artists, generous donors, and the one and only Muruganandan (Dan) for achieving this monumental task. Each district's corpus fund will receive approximately $40,000 from this convention. Interest from these corpus funds will net almost 70 lakhs rupees every year perpetually. As stated before, the first year's interest will be spent on 15 government schools for the disabled, 4 government music schools, 16 government higher secondary schools and 3 educational scholarships.

YOX rocks amongst the youth across the seas

YOX (Youth Online eXchange) program moves forward into the new academic year successfully. Youngsters from more TNF chapters in USA are interested to make connections and build relationships with the children in Tamil Nadu. The mutual benefit realized on both the sides makes it a win-win-win deal for TNF's cause, students in USA and students in Tamil Nadu.

Let us hear from the voice of the children who are engaged in YOX from both the shores.
